Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes
(Single Serving)
Pancake
1/3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 ripe banana (mashed)
Topping
1tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
1tbsp lite syrup
Obviously, I opted to make one big pancake instead of several smaller ones...I just think it is easier to spread the peanut butter that way.
This has to be one of my favorite breakfasts ever! It is surprisingly filling and it is only 340 calories of pure deliciousness!!
